Shipping Policy

We aim for delivery within for 1 - 3 business days depending on where you live in South Africa. Delivery depends entirely on the courier company and their operating schedules. We have no control over this process once your order has left us.​ We use Aramex and The Courier Guy. Both companies have an outstanding record with us spanning over +4 years, they deliver timeously and haven't let us down yet. As soon as we ship you order off to you, we'll send you a waybill number via email for you to use to track your parcel. Kindly go to the relevant courier company's website to enter your waybill number for more information on the progress of your delivery. To date we have a 100% delivery record, however should your parcel be delayed, please first contact the courier company with your waybill number and they will investigate the matter further. If you don't have any success with them, please let us know and we will follow-up again on your behalf. Note that due to the nature of our business there is always the possibility of small courier related delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We make every effort to ensure that your experience with us each time is a great one. If you are ever unsatisfied with something, please contact us using the appropriate channels and we'll look into your concern immediately. Please note that for genuine Google Certified devices the warranty period is one (1) year from invoice date. For Google Non-Certified devices the warranty period is thirty (30) days from invoice date. Warranties are set by our suppliers and we therefore are ourselves bound by these terms and conditions. You have 7 days from the invoice date to contact us via email to inform us that you wish to return your purchase for a full refund. We must receive the item back undamaged, with all it's boxes and packaging intact or a mandatory 20% handling fee will apply at our discretion. Please courier the faulty or unwanted item back to us. Kindly note that the cost of returning an item will be for your own account. Should we replace an item due to a hardware fault occurring within the warranty period, we'll cover the cost of resending you the replacement via our express courier services.
